Job description
Corporate Services and Governance are looking to appoint a Superintendent Registrar to ensure an effective and efficient Registration Service is provided.
You will manage the registrar’s team to ensure the service provision meets the current demand, ensure standards are exceeded and manage the staff performance and service delivery
You will also be required to prepare reports, interpret data and work to a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
You should have effective communication skills, and experience of RON and office-based software packages (e.g., Microsoft).
You should have experience of the registration service, hold at least 4 GCSE’s at grade 4 or grade C or equivalent including English, have excellent administration skills, a high level of numeracy, good organisational skills, be able to work to deadlines, experience of Public speaking and be able to absorb and implement complex information.
