LRSA Service Awards 2019

Back by popular demand, the LRSA Service Awards will again be held at the Year Ahead Conference in Manchester on 12 and 13 November 2019.  This is to celebrate, champion and recognise our member authorities together with their staff who are contributing so much to make a real difference to the lives of their customers and their local communities.

The judges will be looking for examples of exceptional work and customer service within two award categories:

LRSA Award for Excellence in Service Delivery 2019

Are you a Registration Service that has a strong focus on service excellence?  What changes have you made to make your service the best it can be, to deliver efficient ways of working that benefit residents and the local community?  Has your service collaborated with partner organisations to deliver economies of scale and innovative processes?  Has technology been introduced to revolutionise how things are done?  What new business ideas have been introduced to realise additional income streams to the service?  What makes you and your colleagues the best?

The LRSA Executive Committee would like to invite applications for the award of ‘Excellence in Service Delivery’ from colleagues across the Registration Service who believe their service truly embodies ‘excellence’.

LRSA Award for Outstanding Individual Performance or Contribution 2019

Heroes exist in many guises, shapes and forms.  Have you got one within your organisation who deserves recognition for their work and effort over the past year?  Someone who makes the difference, goes the extra mile and is always ready to get on board with new ideas and projects?  Someone with limitless enthusiasm and energy who is an example to all?  Who is your ‘local hero’ who deserves recognition for the difference they have made this year?

If you have someone who makes that key contribution to your service to deliver excellence and success, then the LRSA would like to invite applications for the award of ‘Outstanding Individual Performance or Contribution’.

LRSA 25 Years Long Service Award

Loyalty and commitment should always be rewarded and this year, the LRSA Executive Committee will continue with the ever popular award for 25 Years Service in the Registration Service. This award can be presented to anyone who has provided service to registration for 25 years and over and suitable persons should be nominated by their line managers to the LRSA Executive Committee.

Should you wish to apply for any of this year’s LRSA awards, please do so by email to lrsaadmin@tsi.org.uk no later than 4 October 2019.
