LRSA Quality Service Awards 2015

Back by popular demand, the Quality Service Awards will again be held at the Year Ahead Conference in Birmingham on 10 June 2015. This is to celebrate and award our Members and their staff who are contributing so much to make a real difference to the lives of their customers and their local communities.

This year the LRSA executive committee have decided to continue with the award for 25 Years in the Registration Service. This category can be entered by anyone who has provided services to registration for 25 years and over.

The judges will be looking for examples of exceptional work and customer service within the three award categories:

Outstanding Individual Contribution Award
Teamwork is the bedrock of effective service delivery but sometimes it’s the contribution of an individual that makes the difference between a good service and an outstanding one.  This award is intended to honour just such a person.

Innovation Award
This award is about showcasing and celebrating innovation.  Its not just about technology and demonstrating new ways of doing things; its equally about enhancing our work, challenging the way we do things, or making an exceptional contribution to the environment.

Partnership Award
To identify and highlight areas where exemplary partnership working (internal or external) has made a difference.

25 Years Registration Service – This category can be entered by anyone who has provided services to registration for 25 years and over.

Please note: Any individual nominated for an award must be employed by an LRSA Member Authority at the time of the Year Ahead conference 2015.

Nomination forms are available from the LRSA website on the Year Ahead booking page. Completed forms should be emailed to lrsa@tsi.org.uk , faxed to 01268 582247 or posted to:
