Quality Service Awards 2014
Back by popular demand, the Quality Service Awards will again be held at the Year Ahead Conference in Birmingham on 23 April 2014. This is to celebrate and award our Members and their staff who are contributing so much to make a real difference to the lives of their customers and their local communities. The judges will be looking for examples of exceptional work and customer service within the three original award categories:
- Outstanding Individual Contribution – Teamwork is the bedrock of effective service delivery but sometimes it’s the contribution of an individual that makes the difference between a good service and an outstanding one. This award is intended to honour just such a person.
- Innovation – This award is about showcasing and celebrating innovation. It's not just about technology and demonstrating new ways of doing things; its equally about enhancing our work, challenging the way we do things, or making an exceptional contribution to the environment.
- Partnership – To identify and highlight areas where exemplary partnership working (internal or external) has made a difference.
- 25 Years Registration Service – To celebrate and recognise individuals who have provided 25 years and above services to registration.
Please note: Any individual nominated for an award must be employed by a LRSA Member Authority at the time of the Year Ahead Conference 2014.
Closing date for nominations: 10 March 2014
