Adeel has worked within the Registration Service for over 14 years, initially starting his career as a weekend ceremonies Usher for Surrey Registration Service.
Adeel has worked his way up the Registration Service ladder from the very beginning and is now leading Lambeth Registration service on an improvement journey. Adeel focuses on events and conference within the Local Registration Services Association.
His biggest achievement to date has been the transformation of Lambeth Registration service from one of the biggest under achieving districts in the country to a district which is now meeting some of its KPTs and delivering a vastly better customer journey for its customers.
