Paul Dumke

 

Paul Dumke started his public service career in Southwark shortly after moving to the United Kingdom from South Africa in 2005. He was appointed as registration manager in 2006 and has been the local authority lead to the Inner South London Coroners Court since then. He is currently also responsible for the Southwark freedom of information and subject access request teams.

Paul was elected as the London representative to the National Panel for Registration in 2010 and continued in this role until 2018. He also served as the vice chair of the National Panel for Registration before being elected as chair of the Local Registration Services Association in 2019.

He was the local authority lead on the development and implementation of the European Passport Return Service and the European Settlement Scheme ID verification service in partnership with the Home Office.
